You can perform ATT email password reset. But when you reset your email password, you will also be resetting the password that you use to sign in to AT&T.
Oftentimes, the password that you use to sign in to your email and the one you use for signing in to myAT&T will be the same.
You will be resetting your password in the following two scenarios:
You have lost or forgotten your email password, and so, you need to reset it:
In case you have recently changed the password for the AT&T User ID, try signing in to your email utilizing that new password. If this step does not work, you have to reset the password.
You know your password, but you need to change it for security reasons:
It is a good idea to change your password regularly for security reasons. This can be done on myAT&T.
