You can create email signatures in eM Client using a few simple steps. Those steps are provided here for you to follow:

  • Step 1 : On your computer, launch eM Client.
  • Step 2 : Go to the top-left corner and then click on Menu followed by Tools.
  • Step 3 : From the displayed options, choose Settings.
  • Step 4 : Under Settings,you can see some tabs on the left pane. Now, click on Mail and then select the Templates and Signatures Next, click on the Signatures button and continue setting up the email signature on eM Client.
  • Step 5 : You will find that a new window with the name Signatures pops up. Click on Add Signature.
  • Step 6 : The New Signature window will now pop up. Provide a name for your signature.
  • Step 7 : In the space provided for the purpose, create your fancy signature. Or else, copy an already created signature from another file and paste it in the empty space.
  • Step 8 : Once the email signature is pasted, you might notice some dotted lines around it. You don’t have to bother about these lines because when you send your email to a recipient, they will vanish.
  • Step 9 : Now, you need to click on the OK button and then continue with the steps to set up the email signature in eM Client.
  • Step 10 : In the Signatureswindow, click on the OK button to create eM client email signature.
  • Step 11 : In the Settingswindow, select your signature name from the drop-downs for the following fields:
  • Step 12 : Signature for new mail
  • Step 13 : Signature for replies
  • Step 14 : Signature for forwards
  • Step 15 : Click on the Apply button.
  • Step 16 : Click on the OK button.
  • Step 17 : Now, you can compose an email. Here, you will find that your email signature is automatically inserted.
  • Step 18 : Your signature is now all set up and ready to be sent.
  • Step 19 : You have successfully set up your fancy eM client email signature.
