In eM Client, the messages that are detected as spam will be sent to the Junk folder. If you have created a rule for Blacklist or Spam list in the eM Client app, the emails that meet the conditions will be automatically moved to the specified folder (Junk). In case you want to mark a mail as not junk, you need to manage your Blacklist rule. If your emails are moved automatically to the Junk folder even though you haven’t created any rules in eM Client, check whether you have configured any spam filter on your email server. In such cases, you cannot do anything in eM Client mark as not junk. Carry out these steps to fix this problem on your email server.
