eM Client is designed to work with both the Windows and Mac operating systems. This email client offers features like calendars, notes, emails, and more. You can send, receive and modify your emails easily using the eM Client application. Now, if you find that your emails are missing in eM Client, then scroll down this page to know how to retrieve them.Generally, all the received emails will be available in the Inbox folder of your account in eM Client. In case any of the received emails is missing, then look it for in the Spam or Trash folder. Once you find the email, select and retrieve it. If you have deleted the received email, then go to the Trash folder. Look for the deleted email that you want and restore.If your emails are missing in eM Client while using the Search feature, then check whether your account is configured using the IMAP protocol. If yes, then you may encounter this eM client missing emails issue. Because of IMAP, the eM Client application only downloads the message header of the received email. The content of the email will not be downloaded until you download or open it manually. So, the email will not be listed in the Inbox folder. To view the email completely, enable the Download messages for offline use option.
