- Step 1:You need to log in to your Gmail account first and click on the Settings icon that is available on the top-right corner. .
- Step 2:Select the Settings option from the drop-down list.
- Step 3:Go to Accounts and Import tab and select the Add a mail account option near the check mail from other accounts field.
- Step 4:A new pop-up menu will open with an Email address text box.
- Step 5:Enter your email address in the text field and click Next.
- Step 6:Mark the Import emails from my other account(POP3) radio button and click on the Next button.
- Step 7:Type your Webmail address in the Username field and your Webmail account password in the Password field.
- Step 8:Enter the incoming mail server name (for example, mail.example.com) in the POP Server field.
- Step 9:If you choose the secure connection SSL, the port number should be 995.
- Step 10:You can also change your server hostname from the list available in the Stats section.
- Step 11:Now, click on the Add Account button.
- Step 12:Select the Yes option and mark the Treat as an alias checkbox if you wish.
- Step 13:Click on the Add account button and select the Send through example.com SMTP servers radio button.
- Step 14:Type the outgoing server name (for example, mail.example.com) in the SMTP Server field.
- Step 15:Enter your full email-id and password in the Username and Password fields.
- Step 16:Enter the port number 25 for non-SSL and 465 for SSL connection.
- Step 17:Now, click the Add Account button to complete Webmail configuration.
- Step 18:You will receive a verification code on your Webmail account from Gmail.
- Step 19:Use the code to add your Webmail account and verify the setup by clicking the Verify button.
- Step 20:You can view your Webmail domains name in the 'Send mail as' field under the Accounts and Import tab.
