  • Step 1:First, verify whether you have a stable Internet connection on your computer.
  • Step 2:If you are using Google Chrome as the default browser, launch it by clicking its icon in the system tray.
  • Step 3:Navigate to the top-right corner and click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon (three vertical dots).
  • Step 4:Select More tools  Clear browsing data.
  • Step 5:Alternatively, you can open the Clear browsing data dialog box by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Del shortcut keys.
