  • Step 7: The Username and Password fields must be the same for both the incoming and outgoing sections.
  • Step 8: Tap Next -> Save.
  • Step 9: Select the Comcast email account, tap Advanced, and turn on the toggle beside the Use SSL option.
  • Step 10: The incoming port number should be set as 993.
  • Step 11: Check if the ‘imap.comcast.net’ mail server problem has been resolved.
