Mailbird Block Sender - Quick Steps

You can quickly get rid of those spam messages by unsubscribing them or reporting them as spam. Perform the steps given here to report a message as spam.

  • Step 1: Open the email (you want to mark as spam) in Mailbird.
  • Step 2: Locate and click on the Report Spam button.
  • Step 3: You can also select multiple emails and click on the Report Spam button. 
  • Step 4: By doing this, all the marked messages will be moved to the Spam folder.

Method 1: Blocking The Sender

From browser

  • Step 1: Go to your Inbox and open the message from the sender you want to block.
  • Step 2: Find and select the Menu button and choose Block.
  • Step 3: You've finished the Mailbird block sender process. The sender's messages will now be directed to the spam folder. 

From app 

  • Step 1: Open the mail app on your mobile (Andriod or iOS).
  • Step 2: Open the message (you want to block) from the Inbox and select the Option/Menu tab.
  • Step 3: Select Block. The sender is now blocked in Mailbird and the messages will be directed to the spam folder.
