Solution 1: Restart And Update Your Mac

  • Step 1: On your computer, launch Mailbird by double-clicking its shortcut icon on the desktop.
  • Step 2: Click on the Menu icon at the top-left corner.
  • Step 3: Select the Settings option from the drop-down list.
  • Step 4: Navigate to the left-side panel and click the Identities tab.
  • Step 5: Below the Identities & Signatures section, double-click the identity you wish to edit.

  • Step 7: In the Insert image window, select either From computer or From URL.
  • Step 8: If you have the HTML signature as an image on your computer, select the From computer option.
