Mailbird is an email client that enables you to access your email quicker and more conveniently by dropping the tasks together in one location. The users can easily navigate and configure the application as per their liking. Mailbird allows you to customize the settings and offers several integrations that in-house and remote workers can use daily. The most convenient email client acknowledges you to unsend emails independently from the service you’re registered. Mailbird recalls emails by altering few features. Steps to recall an email in Mailbird:

  • Step 1: Open the Mailbird application on your computer and log in to your profile.
  • Step 2: You may now find the Settings option or icon. Click on it.
  • Step 3: Select the Composing tab
  •  Mailbird Recall Email
  • Step 4: You can now see the ‘Undo send period’ slider. Drag the slider to the right. By moving the slider to the right extreme, the application provides you thirty seconds to undo the sent email. You’ll always find an Undo option after sending an email to the recipient. If you wish to recall the email, you have to click on the Undo button. The unsent email will show up in your email list or a separate compose window or the Drafts folder. 
  • Step 5: Alternatively, to activate the Undo option, you can press the Control key and the Z key from your computer while the email is still being sent. By doing this, Mailbird recalls the email and secures it in the Drafts folder.
