  • Step 1 : In general, you will get a notification if your server’s IP has been blacklisted. 
  • Step 2 : If you haven’t received any notifications, directly visit the sites such as Spamcop.net to check if your server’s IP or domain has been blacklisted.
  • Step 3 : Instead, use a dedicated blacklist tool to identify if your domain or server’s IP has been blacklisted.
  • Step 4 : Also, check your metrics for authentication failures or email being dropped to spam.
  • Step 5 : If your server’s IP or domain is not being blacklisted, request your IP be whitelisted by the receiving server.

Sometimes, you might have blocked or marked an email as spam. In such cases, you cannot send to or receive email messages from that email address.   • Step 1 : On your computer, open the default browser after ensuring that you have a standard Internet connection.

  • Step 3 : After entering the required details, click the Login button to access your ProtonMail account.
  • Step 4 : Once you have successfully logged in to your ProtonMail account, navigate to Settings.
