- Step 1: On your Windows computer, click the Start menu and go to the Windows Control Panel.
- Step 2: Click the Programs and features tab to open the list of programs installed on your device.
- Step 3: Under Uninstall or change a program, select Windows Essentials from the displayed list.
- Step 4: After selecting the WLM program, click the Uninstall/Change button at the top of the window.
- Step 5: Now, the Windows Essentials 2012 window will pop-up to choose your action.
- Step 6: Select the Repair all Windows Essentials programs option and wait until the automatic repair process gets completed.
- Step 7: Next, open WLM and check if you could connect to the WLM Calendar service.
- Step 8: If the problem persists, upgrade your WLM to the latest version.
- Step 9: You can also update WLM by navigating to the Windows Control Panel and selecting the Windows Update button.
- Step 10: Next, click the Check for Updates button to check for the WLM updates.
- Step 11: After fixing Windows live mail error connecting to calendar, If any new update is available, then install it.
