  • Step 2: First, sign in to your Outlook account.
  • Step 3: At the top-right corner of the page, you will find the Gear icon (or Settings icon). Click this icon and then select More mail settings.
  • Step 4: Next, under the Preventing junk email title, choose the Filters and reporting option.

Configure Your Blocked Senders’ List:

  • Step 1: In your Outlook.com Inbox, you will find the Gear (or Settings) icon next to your Profile name. Click on this icon.
  • Step 2: Select the More mail settings option.
  • Step 3: Next, under the Preventing junk email title, choose the Safe and blocked senders option.
  • Step 4: Click the Blocked senders option. The Blocked senders window will now appear.
  • Step 5: In this window, in the Blocked email address field, type in your domain address.
