Windows Mail Error Code 0x801901F7 - [FIXED]

Solution 1: Synchronize Your Microsoft Account

  • Step 1:Create a Microsoft account at Windows Live by signing up as a new user.
  • Step 2:If you already have a Microsoft account, navigate to Windows Live Account and enter your email address in the required field. Enter your password and click the Login button.
  • Step 3:Enter a confirmation area code beside your phone number or alternative email address and click Next to login to your account.
  • Step 4:Launch the Settings app by pressing the Windows + I shortcut keys and click on Accounts.
  • Step 5:Enter your email address and password in the Add user menu and follow the on-screen prompts to synchronize your email. Doing so should fix the Windows Mail error code 0x801901F7.

Solution 2: Use Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant

  • Step 1:On your Windows 10 computer, download the Microsoft Account troubleshooter and install it.
  • Step 2:Next, press the Windows + R shortcut keys to open the Run dialog box.
  • Step 3:Type' services.msc' in the Run dialog box and click OK.

Solution 3: Reset Windows Store Cache

  • Step 1:On your Windows computer, launch the Run dialog box and type 'WSReset.exe' in the text field. Press Enter or click OK in the Run dialog box to reset your Windows Store cache.
  • Step 2:Once the reset process is completed, restart your computer and access your Windows Store to check if the problem has been resolved. 
  • Step 3:If the problem persists, disable the Proxy settings and delete the Windows Store Database files.
