Method 1: Check The Internet Connection:

  • Step 1:Ensure that there is an active network connection that is fast.
  • Step 2:If you are running the older version of the operating system, you can update it to the latest version.
  • Step 3:Check whether you are able to send and receive emails using the web browser.
  • Step 4:You can easily access your mails from the official website of the email provider.
  • Step 5:If you can’t send emails from the web browser, then the issue lies with your email provider.
  • Step 6:You can wait for an hour or two and check whether the Windows Mail stopped syncing issue is resolved.
  • Step 7:Open any other email client or app from another device. Verify whether you are able to send email messages.

Method 2: Temporarily Disabling The security Software:

  • Step 1:Make sure that no security software is blocking your emails from getting synced. 
  • Step 2:You can temporarily disable Windows Defender to fix the Windows mail stopped syncing issue.
  • Step 3:Press the Start menu and type Windows Defender.
  • Step 4:Open the Windows Defender Security Center and select Firewall and network protection.
