- Step 1:Make sure to turn on IMAP access for your email account.
- Step 2:Log in to your Zoho Mail account and go to Settings.
- Step 3:Select the Mail Accounts tab and select Email forwarding and POP/ IMAP. Now, you can enable IMAP.
- Step 4:Now, open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Step 5:Select the Add Account option and select Other.
- Step 6:Touch the Add Mail Account option and enter your name.
- Step 7:Now, type your email address and password. You can add a short description of your account.
- Step 8:If you have enabled two-factor authentication in your Zoho Mail account, enter the app password to configure your account.
- Step 9:Enter the Zoho Mail IMAP settings.
- Step 10:Select the account type as IMAP to perform Zoho IMAP settings iphone.
- Step 11:You can also configure your account as a POP account.
- Step 12:Enter the incoming mail server address as imap.zoho.in. Type the port number as 993.
- Step 13:For a POP account, enter the incoming server name as pop.zoho.in. Type the port number as 995.
- Step 14:Select Yes in the Require SSL section.
- Step 15:Now, type your Zoho email address in the Username section.
- Step 16:Type your account password correctly.
- Step 17:In the Outgoing Mail Server tab, enter the hostname as smtp.zoho.in. Type the port number as 465.
- Step 18:Now, enter the Zoho account email address as your username.
- Step 19:Enter your Zoho mail password correctly.
- Step 20:Make sure that the Use SSL option is turned on.
- Step 21:Now, your iPhone will connect to the IMAP server and authenticate the credentials.
- Step 22:When the authentication is successful, the IMAP account will be set up on your iPhone.
- Step 23:If you want to sync folder settings, select the new account you have created and go to the Advanced section.
