Zoho Mail App Not Syncing - [SOLVED]

Zoho Mail app is designed for administrative purposes and it is used to check emails regarding work at any time from anywhere. Other than that, it gives Active Sync for Email, Calendar and Contacts with your Android and iOS mobiles. It uses the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol to perform wireless synchronization of the Zoho application with the built-in mobile applications. Zoho Sync works only with https based secure connection to sync your data between the Zoho application and your Android or iOS device. Sometimes the following Zoho mail app not syncing issue occurs. The reason why the Zoho mail app not syncing:

Zoho mail app Sync has some restrictions. It does not support the following actions while syncing the data between the Zoho services and mobile devices.

  • Step 1:If it is an Empty folder or Empty Trash or Mark Folder As Read cannot be supported.
  • Step 2:If the recurring events have any break between the sessions, the break will not be synced with Zoho Calendar.
  • Step 3:Zoho doesn't support Flags or Labels.
  • Step 4:Zoho Sync does not support sync of Tasks, Reminders, Notes, etc.

How To Enable Zoho Active Sync?

Suppose you are using the Zoho mail app for an organization, then, only the Administrators can enable Active Sync.If you are an admin, you can activate it by clicking Control Panel and selecting the Enable or Disable services option under the User details tab. Then you can configure and use Active sync.

How To Do Zoho Exchange Activesync Server Settings?

Zoho Mail account can be configured on any standard Exchange Activesync client with the configuration details provided below.

Incoming Server Settings For Personal Account:

If you are using the Zoho mail app for personal use, then you can type your email address.

  • Step 1:Incoming Server Name: msync.zoho.in
  • Step 2:Username: username@zoho.com
  • Step 3:Password: Enter your Zoho account password. If you have enabled the two-factor authentication, then you need an application-specific password.

Incoming Server Settings For An Organization:

If you are using the Zoho mail app for an organization, then type the email followed by the domain address.

  • Step 1:Incoming Server Name: msync.zoho.in
  • Step 2:Username: you@yourdomain.com
  • Step 3:Password: Enter your Zoho account password.
