Zoho Mail G Suite Migration - Quick Steps

Zoho Mail provides more options to migrate your email accounts from G Suite. When you are migrating G Suite to Zoho Mail, the Mail, Contacts, and Calendar data will also migrate from the respective G Suite account. Step 1: Add Server Details For Migration From G Suite To Zoho Mail

  • Step 1:First, log in to your Zoho Mail account with the right login credentials.
  • Step 2:Under the Mail Administration section, click on Migration.
  • Step 3:Select the Add Migration option to enter the server details for migration.
  • Step 4:Enter a name for the email migration in the Migration Name field.
  • Step 5:Choose Apps as your migration protocol and select G Suite as your server type.
  • Step 6:Fill in the exclude folder list box and select the applications you wish to migrate.
  • Step 7:Click on Authenticate G Suite Account after ensuring that you have selected the correct server details for Zoho Mail G Suite migration.
  • Step 8:Enter the administrator email address and sever account email address in the required fields and upload the file you have downloaded in the Private key file field.
  • Step 9:Click the Verify button and select Add Migration after completing the verification.

Step 2: Add User Details For Migration From G Suite To Zoho Mail

  • Step 1:On your Zoho Mail account, select the option to add user accounts for migration.
  • Step 2:Under the Accounts-Email Migration section, select a migration name and click the Add Accounts button.
  • Step 3:Input the source username and the destination email address.
  • Step 4:Fill the Choose option, Folder Option, Exclude Folder list, and Date Range fields.
  • Step 5:Click Add and select Close to return to the Migration page.
  • Step 6:Alternatively for Zoho Mail G Suite migration, you can fetch user accounts from the source server or import users from CSV file.

Step 3: Migration Process

  • Step 1:On your Zoho Mail account, navigate to Migration under Mail Administration.
  • Step 2:The migrations added to your Zoho Mail account will be listed on the Migrations page.
  • Step 3:Click on the Start link to begin the migration.
  • Step 4:If the migration is currently running, the status will be ‘In Progress’ for the migration.
  • Step 5:To check the detailed information about the folder-wise migration, click on the count under the Total field.
  • Step 6:You have now completed the Zoho Mail G Suite migration.
