Zoho Pop Settings Outlook - Quick Steps

Before Configuring Enable POP Access:

In your Zoho Mail account need to enable POP access. Choose to enable POP access for all emails from the beginning or from a particular day you wanted to switch to Outlook.

  • Step 1:Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  • Step 2:Select the Settings icon.
  • Step 3:Select POP Access in the Mail Accounts.
  • Step 4:Select the POP Access checkbox.
  • Step 5:Choose one of the modes:
  • Step 6:All Emails: To download all the emails in the account.
  • Step 7:Emails that arrive from now: Only new emails will be downloaded to the POP client you configure.

Zoho POP Settings For Outlook:

  • Step 1:Open the MS Outlook on your device.
  • Step 2:Click the File menu and choose Add Account.
  • Step 3:Choose Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
  • Step 4:Select the POP or IMAP option and click Next.
  • Step 5:On the Add Account Window screen, fill in the details provided below for Zoho Pop settings Outlook.
  • Step 6:User Information
  • Step 7:Enter Your Name: The name you prefer to display for others.
  • Step 8:Email address: Zoho email address.
  • Step 9:Server Information
  • Step 10:Set Account Type: POP3
  • Step 11:Incoming mail server: pop.zoho.in (for personal account) poppro.zoho.in (for organization account)
  • Step 12:Outgoing mail server: smtp.zoho.in
  • Step 13:Login Information
  • Step 14:Provide the username and password of your Zoho account. Remember: If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication for your account, use Application-specific Password.
  • Step 15:Check the Remember Password box and click on More Settings.
  • Step 16:Move to the Outgoing Server tab.
  • Step 17:Enable My outgoing server requires authentication.
  • Step 18:Highlight the radio button for Use same settings as my incoming server.
  • Step 19:Go to the Advanced tab.
  • Step 20:Enter server port numbers
  • Step 21:Incoming server(POP3): 995
  • Step 22:Encryption: SSL
  • Step 23:Outgoing server(SMTP): 465
  • Step 24:Encryption: SSL
  • Step 25:Click OK and it will take back to the Add New Email Account window.
  • Step 26:Click on Test Account Settings to verify the configuration info.
  • Step 27:Click Next and then Finish to complete the Zoho Pop settings Outlook process
